John Gardner

John has over twenty years experience in Human Capital Management with a specific focus in Executive Search and Coaching. Having founded Talisman in 1982, John oversaw the growth of this organisation to become one of Europe's leading specialist Executive Search companies. In 1998, he sold the company to Penna Plc and assumed responsibility for the Resourcing business within Penna until leaving to establish nbi. John graduated in Psychology from Loughborough University and has a diploma in Executive Coaching from Henley Management School.

Will Casselton

Will leads projects in Resourcing & Talent Strategy and delivers senior level search exercises on behalf of our corporate clients. Before joining nbi, Will worked at Penna Plc for over nine years, where he was latterly a client director responsible for service delivery to strategic customers from across Penna's portfolio of HR Services. Prior to this role he was a senior member of the Executive Search practice delivering projects in the UK and internationally. Will graduated in politics from the Universities of Leicester and Turin.

David Richardson

David leads our work in Human Resource Strategy, Human Capital Management and HR capability building projects operating at board and senior executive level. Prior to nbi, his corporate career included senior roles at Lloyds TSB where he was HR Director of the Retail Bank, Tesco where he was Global People Insight Director and Coca-Cola Enterprises where he was HR Director for the Europe Group. David graduated in Modern Languages from Newcastle University, has a Postgraduate Diploma in HR Management and is a Fellow of the Chartered institute of Personnel & Development and the Institute of Directors.
